GHTC signs onto letters to US congressional appropriators urging funding for global HIV/AIDS programs in FY25

GHTC signed onto a letter, organized by the Global AIDS Policy Partnership, to US congressional appropriators, urging them to fund global HIV/AIDS programs in fiscal year 2025 (FY25) and to ensure that these programs are governed by policies that expand access to health care, uphold human rights, and help to put the world on track to end AIDS by 2030.

GHTC submits FY25 appropriations testimony to US appropriators

GHTC submitted testimony on fiscal year 2025 (FY25) appropriations to the House and Senate Appropriations Subcommittees on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies (LHHS), urging robust funding for the National Institutes of Health, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority, as well as to the House and Senate Appropriations Subcommittees on State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs (SFOPS), urging robust funding for the US Agency for International Development, including funding for a Supporting Innovative Global Health Technologies Fund.
