Video highlights new tools to fight malaria
July 21, 2011 -- Malaria No More United Kingdom has released a new video on new vaccines, drugs, diagnostics, insecticides, and other tools being developed to fight malaria. The video, called “Fighting Malaria: Today and Tomorrow,” also showcases the tools being used today against the disease. The video includes interviews with leading researchers and Global Health Technologies Coalition members David Bell of the Foundation for Innovative New Diagnostics, Janet Hemingway of the Innovative Vector Control Consortium, Dr. Christian Loucq of the PATH Malaria Vaccine Initiative, and David Reddy of the Medicines for Malaria Venture.
