FDA developing new guidelines for combination therapies
FDA is drafting new guidelines that could ease the testing and approval process for multidrug therapies for diseases such as HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis. The Global Alliance for TB Drug Development reports that at least ten companies have agreed to work together to test TB treatments in new combinations. See the stories below for more information.
